Our Culture

Embracing Creativity and Culture at Walvis Bay Primary School

At Walvis Bay Primary School, we celebrate the vibrant spirit of creativity and cultural expression. Our school is a space where learners are encouraged to explore their talents in dance, drama, music and performance, fostering a love for the arts and building their confidence along the way.

From captivating stage performances to expressive dance routines and engaging dramatic productions, our learners shine as they bring stories to life. Whether it’s through school concerts, LWB cultural evening, NAPSO cultural events, and/or Regional and National cultural events, we aim to nurture their passion for the performing arts while instilling values of teamwork, dedication and self-expression.

We believe that performing arts play a crucial role in holistic development, helping learners develop essential skills such as communication, discipline and creativity. Our goal is to create a supportive environment where every child can explore their potential and take pride in showcasing their unique abilities.

At Walvis Bay Primary School, we don’t just educate minds - we inspire hearts, foster creativity and build a culture of excellence through the performing arts.
